Recommends and sells solutions for new issues that have arisen at customers homes. Supports the companys management, purpose, mission, and values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Drives to customers homes to meet with them for pre-scheduled appointments to perform an annual maintenance on an existing system or follow-up on warranty issues. Builds rapport with the customer. Examines work done by our company and determines if there is a potential problem to be remedied. Recommends additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation or remedy a new issue that has arisen in the customers home. Timely completes all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment. When installing a product for a customer, follows all job specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Follows through with customers until all issues are resolved. Provides customers with a remarkable experience. Meets or exceeds his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Stop. Attends the weekly service meeting and other required meetings. Is an ambassador for the companys culture and purpose. Drives for the company in a safe manner. Regular, reliable on-site attendance. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred. Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Skill in operating equipment and power tools. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs. Skill in verbal communication. Possess talent and personal traits Competitive Customer Orientation Persuasion Resiliency Resourcefulness Versatility EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; or, A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
