We are the leaders in our industry and have customers in all 50 states plus additional countries worldwide.What You'll Do...HindlePower is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support a manufacturing team on the shop floor. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supervising employees, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Production Supervisor is the central point of coordination for their team. You will work closely with a Production Managers as well as the Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering departments to maintain smooth production flow and drive continuous improvement.Accountable for department performance against key KPIs, including safety, quality, on time delivery, and productivity, and taking action when targets are at risk.Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules, staffing levels, and material availabilityCommunicate expectations clearly and serve as a link between designated production team and managementSupport onboarding, training, and cross-training of employees within the departmentPerform first-pass quality checks and help identify and resolve quality or process issuesPromote a safe, clean, and organized work environmentRespond quickly to production disruptions and help restore standard operationsCoordinate job orders, subassemblies, and workflow to meet shipping commitmentsSupport material flow, consumable replenishment, and basic inventory control activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Bring...Experience & BackgroundExperience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of shop floor operations, workflows, and production schedulingExperience working cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, or Engineering teamsLeadership & Technical SkillsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach, develop, and motivate employeesComfort making decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementA Few Things About Us...Our commitment to quality is evident in our highly skilled colleagues and our exceptional approach to customer service.
