Job Description Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking an experienced Director of Housing & Real Estate to lead our affordable housing, real estate development, and asset management portfolio. This senior leadership role oversees LIHTC properties, HUD Section 202 housing, HOME and CDBG-funded housing, and commercial real estate operations.This position serves as the KWA Representative, responsible for portfolio performance, compliance, capital improvements, and affordable housing development.This is a full-time position, in office, M-F, 8:30AM - 5PM. Salary range $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
