This will require dimensional and visual inspections.This position is currently located in Hampton, NH, but the facility will be relocating to Durham, NH this summer.Compensation:$1,500 Sign on Bonus*Eligible for Annual IncreasesCompetitive Benefits Package, including first day Medical Benefits1st Shift Schedule:Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PMOvertime available on a business need basisWhat You Will Do:You will be responsible for First Article Inspections and complete related documentation.You will inspect a variety of parts using measuring/inspection instruments (e.g. micrometers, gauges and calipers) with proper inspection techniques.You will read, interpret and utilize quality policies, procedures, blueprints and other documentation.You will perform receiving, in-process, final inspection & 1st article approval of manufactured, assembled, and tested hardware and components.You will operate computer systems to perform inspection tasks.You will verify all work order documentation for accuracy and completeness.You will administer visual and physical inspections of units and subassemblies.You will complete unit shakedowns (when required) to check for foreign objects, rattles and loose internal hardware.You will perform administrative tasks associated with files management.You will read and interpret blueprintsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceU.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) as defined here:Qualifications We Prefer:4+ years of experience with: First Article Inspection, Aerospace and Defense, Discus, Net Inspect, GD&T, mechanical inspection, visual inspectionZEISS CMM Operator experience is a plusWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceThree weeks of vacation for newly hired employeesGenerous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching fundsTuition reimbursementLife insurance and disability coverageOvia Health, fertility, and family planningEmployee Assistance PlanIncentives for a Healthy YouAutism BenefitDoctor on DemandAdoption AssistanceSecond Opinion programAnd more!Learn More & Apply Now!Do you want to be a part of something bigger?
