Project Assistant
This role supports the day-to-day administration and execution of a supplier advertising program, focusing on billing coordination, contract tracking, fleet advertising management, and operational support. The position works closely with internal leadership teams, fleet operations, marketing partners, legal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure advertising initiatives are executed smoothly from planning through completion.Key responsibilities include assisting with invoicing and billing processes, maintaining advertising trackers, monitoring campaign progress, coordinating artwork and installations, managing advertising renewals, reviewing vendor invoices, and supporting reporting and administrative activities. The role requires strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.RequirementsBachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityPrimarily an administrative and coordination-focused role involving regular computer-based work with occasional light physical activity.
