Implementation Manager
Role DescriptionWellTheory is looking for a passionate, results-driven Implementation Manager to launch our enterprise clients and set them up for long-term success as we scale. You'll own the end-to-end client implementation process, ensuring launches happen on time, requirements are met, and our programs successfully get into the hands of members.You'll serve as the primary project owner across every implementation, coordinating with client stakeholders (HR, benefits, wellness, medical directors, and technical teams) to translate contractual commitments into successful go-lives.
