We have served the area for over 38 years, we are growing, and we are looking for a Resident Leasing Services Coordinator that is seeking a fast-paced business operation that values hard work and honesty. Principle Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Resident Leasing Services Coordinator ($19-$21/hr based on experience)
Establish and maintain a positive rapport with residents and clients.
Answer incoming phone calls from residents, owners, or vendors; provide first level support to resolve needs.
Respond to incoming emails, phone calls, or other inquiries from interested parties seeking to find rental housing or apartments.
Maintain the tenant key area, providing keys to Maintenance Technicians and Leasing Agents as needed.
Support the needs of any office walk-in customers.
Support office operation, manage information within Appfolio, perform special projects to improve how the office functions.
Create work orders based upon resident request.
Monitor Leasing email and forward emails to the proper person.
Monitor Maintenance email and forward emails to the proper person.
Coordinate Freedom House daily activities and scheduling.
Back-up support for Move-In & Move-Out Email

Requirements & Qualifications

Pass Background Check; Pass Drug Test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
