The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.50 - $24.50. The full pay range for this position per hour is $22.50 - $38.25Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The role of a Visual Merchandiser can provide you with theskills and experiences ofRetail business fundamentalsincludingdepartment sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns,pricingand promotions strategiesPlanningand communicatingdepartment(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goalsTraining and developingteam members to improve theirvisualmerchandising acumen and skillsLeading the strategy of visual merchandising andVisualStandards implementationAs a Visual Merchandiser, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely includethe following responsibilities:Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leader guidance to include sales goals, events, and promotions.Execute weekly visualassessmentsandpartnerwith leaders to improve store visual execution and guest experience.Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the total store to help elevate visual presentationsSupport the execution of the company Visual Merchandising strategy, visualstandardsand In-Store Marketing (ISM) across all pertinent areas of the storeSupport andvalidatethe execution of all visual presentations in the store in partnership with leadersSet all overhead spotlights to highlight key merchandising presentations.Withleaderguidance, solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create andmaintaininspiring presentationsLeverage daily interactions and huddles toteachteam visual standards, signing and affordability strategy, and how to create inspiring visual moments to support driving sales.Maintain organization ofbackroomspaceand keep up to date with current signing tools and signing fixtures.
