Established and growing printing company seeks a new team member for our Bonner Springs store Our company does screen printing, embroidery, digitally printed apparel, jersey customization, banners, vinyl signs, decals, stationery and promotional products. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, dependable, people person to join our team in production and retail store. We need an individual that will be a "go getter" and demonstrate initiative and versatility. To be clear: We want a person that wants to be here and be a part of our team. We are not looking for a person that just 'needs a job' and will watch the clock. This is a fast paced, deadline driven, multitasking kind of environment. Job Responsibilities: Embroidery Loading and Hooping orders for the machines Adding stitch files to machines through embroidery software Cutting, Trimming and Steaming Unboxing and packing Heat Press Accurately heat applying transfers / vinyl to apparel Placing vinyl customization on apparel Vinyl cutting through cut software Weeding vinyl Other Counting / sorting apparel Entering customer info and notes into software Helping occasional retail customer Answering phone Job Requirements: Be very organized. Be very proficient at using a desktop pc. Able to learn new software quickly through training. Great attention to detail. Reliable and able to work independently or with our team. Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment is a must. Highly motivated. Have strong verbal and written communication skills. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Photoshop / Illustrator experience is a plus Must have high school diploma or GED Must pass a background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Apparel printing / Heat press: 1 year (Preferred) Commercial Embroidery: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
