Bookkeeper

Job Description Our company is looking for a Bookkeeper with Office Assistant skills to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, Bookkeeping, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties.Responsibilities:BookkeepingMaintain and update financial recordsReconcile bank statementsGreeting clients and visitors as neededPerforming general office clerk dutiesCreating, maintaining, and entering information into databasesHandling incoming calls and other communicationsRequirements:Minimum High School or DiplomaBasic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principlesTax Preparation Knowledge Highly PreferredExperience as an office assistant or in a related fieldAbility to write clearly and help with word processing when necessaryWarm personality with strong communication skillsAbility to work well under limited supervisionCommunication skills
