Description:Morgan Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered First Grade Teacher for the 20262027 school year. The successful candidate will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic growth, curiosity, and strong foundational literacy and numeracy skills for young learners.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging first grade instruction aligned to Ohio Learning StandardsBuild a positive classroom culture that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of studentsUse a variety of instructional strategies and assessments to support student learningDifferentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learnersCollaborate with colleagues, intervention specialists, and support staffCommunicate regularly with families regarding student progressParticipate in professional development and school initiativesQualifications:Valid Ohio teaching license in Early Childhood Education (PK3) or appropriate licensureStrong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy instructionAbility to create a positive, structured learning environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to supporting the success of all students
