This role supports supplier billing, payment application, and promotional administration and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration. The position offers variety in daily responsibilities and cross-training opportunities within the AR team.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and send supplier invoices and billbacksApply and clear supplier electronic paymentsProcess AR adjustmentsManage supplier price promotions through an online portalResearch and resolve billing discrepanciesProvide backup support for other billing and AR tasksQualifications1-2+ years of AR, billing, or accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTiming is everything.
