Responsibilities include supporting account management processes, delivering exceptional customer service, managing personal insurance policies, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Assistant Account Manager will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth policy management and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfactionKnowledge of Employee Benefits and related insurance productsFamiliarity with the insurance industry and its productsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in insurance management systems and related toolsLicensing in Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred but not requiredAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and learning
