Full Stack Developer – LeadConnected is a multi-year strategic program to digitally transform Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing capabilities for Allegis Group and its operating companies. The Full Stack Developer – Lead role is a core member of the Connected team responsible for researching, designing, developing, and optimizing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to enable critical business functions and deliver a great user experience.This position is a key member of Product delivery, interacting with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, UX, Scrum Masters, Vendors, business stakeholders, and IS Leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of customer service, leadership, and analytical focus with a strong technical background in Salesforce technologies.The Lead Developer is responsible for:Developing new and enhancing existing solutions, refactoring when needed to optimize implementation and reduce technical debtCreating proof-of-concepts and user interface prototypes.Defining team design and development standards and complying with platform standards to best leverage the Salesforce platformProviding technical leadership from development through execution to deliver high-quality productsCoaching and mentoring development team membersEngaging with other teams, providing thought leadership and technical expertise within Connected and across the enterpriseRequired in-office presence at least 3 days per weekResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Designs and documents technical solutionsCodes, configures, unit tests, and supports existing and new products within an Agile environmentEvaluates new technologiesEstimates proposed and assigned workModernizes and streamlines existing solutions for ease of maintenance and useSupports analysis, functional testing, and performance testing efforts within and across teamsResolves system defects and errorsCommunicates status, issues, risks, and resolutions to team members and stakeholdersEscalates issues in a timely and appropriate manner for support, approval and/or resolutionComplies with platform code, configuration, and security standardsPerforms maintenance and after-hours support activities as neededMonitors technical performance, troubleshoots, and identifies root causes of defects and issuesCommunicates complex ideas and concepts to technical, business, and leadership audiencesSupervisory or Management Responsibility:Mentors and trains other developers on the team(s)Budget Responsibility:Contributes to licensing projections and vendor assessmentsQualificationsMinimum Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.8+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with strong emphasis on backend development using Java and preferably in search related technologies.5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development, including building scalable services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration layers.5+ years of experience in full stack development using modern web technologies, including JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), Node.js, CSS, and HTML.4+ years of experience building, deploying, and managing applications on Cloud platforms(GCP, AWS, Azure).4+ years of experience with data analysis, SQL querying, and working with relational and analytical databases (strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joins, window functions, aggregations, and performance optimization).Experience developing integration solutions using MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Auth, Messaging, Single Sign-On, etc.Experience working in Salesforce platforms and its integrations.Strong knowledge of integration patterns and experience with APIs, including REST, SOAP, OAuth, messaging queues, and cloud-native integration services (e.g., Cloud Pub/Sub, Apigee, or similar).Experience in agile software development methodologies, using tools like Jira, Git, Confluence, or similar for tracking, collaboration, and documentation.Thorough understanding of modern development and deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes on GKE), infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices in cloud environments like GCP.Skills and Abilities:Proficiency developing front-end web applications utilizing JavaScript and Responsive Design frameworksAbility to collaborate with User Experience (UX) Designers to implement intuitive web and mobile user interfacesAbility to work independently to analyze and resolve issuesExperience prioritizing work and meeting deadlines, including balancing multiple activities and responsibilities.Anticipates and solves complex problems;
