Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of our workspace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical maintenance, organization, and teamwork, while taking pride in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and minor repairsInspect the facility regularly to ensure lighting, exit signs, and overall conditions meet standardsReplace lighting and complete repairs safely, including use of ladders when neededSet up workstations, offices, and conference spaces for employees and meetingsPrepare and reset conference areas, including arranging furniture and clearing materialsCoordinate with external vendors for repairs and escort them onsite as neededMaintain communication through a ticketing system and professional email correspondenceAssist with custodial duties as needed to maintain cleanliness and organizationPerform routine upkeep such as lubricating hinges and completing minor paint touch-upsOperate company vehicles, including a 26 ft. box truck, when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience in electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenanceProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to write professional emailsComfortable using a service desk or ticketing systemValid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles, including a box truckStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyGood communication and organizational skillsWhat You'll GainA stable role with a variety of hands-on responsibilitiesOpportunity to work independently while supporting a larger teamA workplace where your contributions directly impact daily operationsThis position reports to the Facility Manager based in Tucson, AZ.
