Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.What You’ll DoProvide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environmentTake and deliver food and beverage orders, clearing items as neededEnsure the station is properly set up and clean throughout shiftsGreet Guests, share specials, and promote restaurant offersNavigate stairs frequently to address Guest needs, ensuring efficient and timely service to GuestsAccurately input orders into the POS system for the kitchenMonitor Guest satisfaction and address needs promptlyAbide by all company, state and federal regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages What We’re Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or olderValid Food Handler Certification requiredApplicable State Certification for Alcohol Service requiredAt least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanorAbility to frequently bend, kneel, reach or twistAbility to lift up to 50 lbsReliable transportation requiredAdherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?
