Continuing Care Retirement Communities and Assisted Living Facilities for the ElderlyAccounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll ServicesBusiness Schools and Computer and Management TrainingOffice Administrative ServicesDepository Credit IntermediationResponsibilitiesManage and perform month‑end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary to leadership.Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing required schedules and documentation.Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity to ensure proper coding and accuracy.Support process improvements, workflow documentation, and internal control enhancements.Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.Experience with month‑end close processes and account reconciliations.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
