Customer Support Coordinator
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a client's team in the Richmond, Virginia area.Required Skills & Experience1-2 years of experience in a similar roleDocumenting/data entry/reportingFace to face customer service experienceAdmin dutiesAnswering phones, emails, filing, mail processingMicrosoft Office Suite (excel)Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a human services environmentBilingualAssociatesJob DescriptionGreet customers and help them complete formsEnter customer information on application formsScreen and review applications to determine eligibilityEnter information into automated systems and generate reportsPrepare case records & write recommendations for assigned casesPerform routine office tasks (answering phones, copying, scanning, preparing correspondence, processing mail, filing)Assist customers with online system (Common Help) for Medicaid, TANF, and SNAP (formerly known as food stamps) applicationsHelp register and file clearances through State benefits systemsGather report facts & interpret public assistance policies/regulationsJob Type: Full-time, 12-month contract positionHourly Pay: $18/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
