Construction Foreman

Job Description :• Coordinating daily tasks in accordance with project priorities and plans• Adjusting daily work plans due to weather, delayed supplies or staffing issues• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors• Training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs• Inspecting daily work completed to ensure it aligns with SOW• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures• Regularly reporting project status to supervisor and clients• Electrical experience a plus.• Must be able to lift and install stainless steel, galvanized and PVC pipe, various sized pumps, motors and other fittings to keep water wells working properly.• Valid California Drivers License and clean driving record required.• Technicians will be asked to operate forklift and drive service trucks• They will be expected to load their own trucks with fittings and pipes needed for the job they are assigned.• This company is committed to a drug-free workplace.
