Concrete Laborer PositionSouthwest Construction is looking for concrete laborers to join the team! Job Duties: Cooperation with Foremen and Field Superintendents Use of basic hand tools Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions Commitment to safety rules Communication and teamwork skills Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements: Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customer's demands Ability to work in a fast paced environment Capability to work in varied climate conditions Loader, boom lift, forklift and scissor lift experience a plus but not necessary Concrete experience is a plus Ability to lift 100 lbs Valid TX drivers license is a plus Must pass background check Must pass drug screen Available Benefits: Health, dental, life, short and long term disability insurance.
