Position Summary: Landsea Homes is seeking an intelligent and ambitious individual interested in an exciting and challenging position as a Division FP&A. This position collaborates closely with operational teams to monitor financial metrics, evaluate strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities: Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes and timelines. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations highlighting key metrics and trends to present to senior and corporate leadership. Perform variance analysis of actual vs projected results and provide actionable insights to optimize divisional performance. Monitor divisional KPIs and financial performance indicators to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Collaborate with homebuilding operations teams to understand business drivers and market trends and improve financial outcomes. Evaluate and recommend financial strategies and initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Monitor and identify areas for process improvement to further achieve business plan goals. Lead various financial projects and initiatives as required by senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 2-4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably within the residential home-building, construction, or real estate industry. Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners. Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary position, but some field activities may include walking on un-graded sites or general site field reviews. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
