As an Entry Level Management Associate, you’ll be trained in the fundamentals of territory planning, sales strategy, and AT&T Fiber product knowledge. Then it’s a sales adventure across Bakersfield, where the Entry Level Management Associate introduces customers to AT&T Fiber and shows them how it keeps up. Role Responsibilities for an Entry Level Management Associate
Help lead by example in customer-facing environments, setting the tone for professional, engaging sales conversations around AT&T Fiber solutions
Assist in mentoring sales associates by modeling effective communication and demonstrating how to position AT&T Fiber in a clear, customer-friendly way
Monitor customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to help improve service quality and overall sales performance
Help oversee the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment, ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience
Collaborate with leadership to track team progress toward AT&T Fiber sales goals and identify areas for improvement
Participate in leadership training focused on team development, performance management, and sales strategy execution
