Quality Manager
HiFyve is hiring a Quality Manager in the Manufacturing industry!Salary: $90K - $120K/yearly plus 10% bonus (Based on Experience)Shift: Day ShiftLocation: On-site Greater Fond Du Lac, WI areaPosition Overview:The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all product safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a manufacturing facility. This role oversees the development and execution of preventative quality systems, ensures compliance with specifications and food safety standards, and partners with operations to maintain product excellence. The Quality Manager will lead QA personnel, manage audits and certifications, investigate customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and implement the facility's Quality Assurance Program in alignment with company policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain preventative quality systems to ensure product safety and regulatory complianceEstablish and monitor quality specifications for finished products, in-process testing, ingredients, and raw materialsRecruit, train, coach, and supervise QA personnel while building strong development programs and SOP trainingManage laboratory operations, budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunitiesInvestigate customer complaints, provide analytical findings, and support resolution effortsPartner with operations on product development, testing, and process improvementsOversee management of off-spec inventory, including rework scheduling and material dispositionMaintain compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal certification programsConduct internal, vendor, and contract manufacturing auditsAnalyze quality, lab, and production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvementSupport sanitation programs, pest control coordination, and quality training for production staffKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:5+ years of Quality Assurance Management experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred experience within food-grade manufacturing facilitiesStrong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality systemsExperience with FDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standardsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience managing QA teamsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsProficiency with computer software applications and data analysis tools
