QA AnalystLocation: Canton MAHybrid: 3 days a weekManual QA Analyst – POS, Mobile App, Delivery & Web PlatformsWe are seeking an experienced Manual QA Analyst to validate high-traffic, customer-facing digital platforms including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Mobile Applications, Delivery Platforms, and Web Applications. This is a hands-on manual testing role focused on ensuring reliability, accuracy, and seamless end-to-end user experience across omnichannel systems.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExecute manual functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across POS, mobile, delivery, and web platformsValidate end-to-end business workflows, including ordering, payments, discounts, taxes, loyalty, refunds, cancellations, and order fulfillmentCreate, maintain, and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reportsPerform smoke and sanity testing for every new build and releaseValidate integrations between:POS systems, Mobile apps,Third-party delivery partners,Payment gatewaysIdentify, log, track, and re-test defects using defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsWork closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Operations teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverageParticipate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release validation activitiesValidate cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibilitySupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production validationEnsure testing aligns with real-world business operations, not just technical requirementsContinuously improve test coverage, test documentation quality, and QA processes.
