Join us! Key ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a passionate Product Manager to help build the next generation of web3 domain infrastructure at Doma. You'll play a pivotal role in creating the best-in-class DeFi-ready registrar, bringing domains live on-chain and making web3 more accessible through seamless domain integration across the decentralized internet.Product Strategy and VisionDevelop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with D3’s mission to make web3 more accessible through domainsCreate and maintain strategic product roadmaps that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibilityDrive the evolution of domain infrastructure to seamlessly work across Web3 and the next generation of the internetCustomer-Centric Product DevelopmentConduct regular interviews and feedback sessions with internal and external customers to continuously improve and shape our productsListen to and analyze user feedback across multiple channels including Discord, support tickets, and community forumsTranslate customer insights into actionable product requirements and feature specificationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiencesCollaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, business development, and operations to ensure product successWork with technical teams to build robust, scalable DeFi-ready domain registration infrastructureData-Driven Decision MakingContinuously seek out data and insight-driven opportunities for product enhancementsEstablish and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure successUse analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunitiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategyProduct OperationsManage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog using agile methodologiesDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new featuresCoordinate product launches and go-to-market activitiesMaintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)3 - 5 years of professional product management experienceUS Time zone, ideally located in Los Angeles or San FranciscoProven track record of successfully launching digital products at smaller startupsStrong understanding of web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystemsFamiliarity with domain name systems (DNS) and web infrastructureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and adaptable, with eagerness to stay current on emerging technologiesComfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environmentsNice to HaveExperience in domain name systems and internet protocolsPrior experience in decentralized technology or web3 domainsBackground in the domain industry Why D3, Why Now?Ground-Floor Growth, Learning, and Impact: D3 is your chance to dive headfirst into an ultra-early-stage company where every move you make truly matters.
