$170,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
About the Role
The hands on Director will have a strong sense of leadership, forecasting, pipeline management, and proven success with exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and the North American sales team
Attend trade shows, with 50% travel
Manage contract negotiations and high-level customer engagements.
Identify new business opportunities
Motivate sales team
Shape pricing, product development and strategy, go-to-market plans and service improvements.
Stay informed on latest new platforms / projects and ensure engagement with the right contacts.
Streamline sales workflows, ensure rapid lead follow-up, efficient proposal creation and approval, and timely customer delivery.
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or related field).
8+ years in a sales manager role
Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory standards.
