If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day, this role offers both stability and influence.What You'll DoPlan and manage inventory to support production schedules and customer demandExecute purchasing activities and place purchase orders to ensure on-time material deliveryOwn planning and inventory management for approximately 300 active part numbersMonitor demand, lead times, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stockPartner closely with Operations and leadership to align supply with production needsMaintain accurate data and transactions in NetSuite and OracleTrack open orders and proactively follow up with suppliersUse Excel and Microsoft tools to support planning, reporting, and analysisContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and purchasingManage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, small-company environmentWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in Inventory Planning and Production Planning(Role is approximately 80% planning/inventory and 20% purchasing)5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or procurementHands-on experience with NetSuite and/or OracleSolid understanding of material planning, production schedules, and inventory controlProficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeComfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats in a growing organizationNice to HaveExperience in Electronics ManufacturingBilingual in Spanish (a strong plus due to collaboration with the production team)Work Environment & CultureOnsite role in CarlsbadEarly schedule: 5:30 AM 2:00 PM (great for work-life balance)Family-owned company with 25 employees and a collaborative, close-knit cultureBilingual English/Spanish production environmentManufacturing and assembly area located on the second floor (stairs required)Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
