HR Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a HR Implementation Consultantto lead the end-to-end implementation of HCM solutions. This role is responsible for configuring HR systems, managing client onboarding, and ensuring successful deployment of payroll, benefits, and workforce management modules.Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle implementations of HCM platforms (e.g., mid-market and enterprise HRIS/payroll systems)Conduct client discovery sessions to gather business and system requirementsConfigure system components including:PayrollBenefitsTime & AttendanceHR/Employee dataPerform data mapping, file feed setup, and system integrationsManage parallel testing, validation, and issue resolutionSupport go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to productionProvide post-go-live stabilization support and client handoffServe as the primary client-facing contact throughout implementationManage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:3 years of HCM / HRIS implementation experienceProven experience configuring HR/payroll systems (not just using them)Required Skills:Strong knowledge of:Payroll processing and tax setupBenefits administrationTime & Attendance systemsExperience managing multiple concurrent implementationsStrong client-facing and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into system configurationPreferred Skills:Experience implementing leading HCM/payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Paychex, or similar)Background working within a consulting, vendor, or implementation partner environmentFamiliarity with data integration tools, APIs, or file feedsExperience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
