A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney. Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to provide legal representation for youth challenging immigration detention and prepare habeas corpus petitions Support impact litigation strategies and collaborate with external partners to execute legal strategies Monitor policy developments and collaborate with various teams to identify potential impacts on children and youth Required Qualifications Juris Doctor and current admission to any state bar Minimum of five years of experience in immigration litigation, including habeas experience Substantial experience in removal defense, preferably for children or detained clients Experience training and mentoring other attorneys Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
