Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Personal Assistant / House Manager - Ultimate Right Hand. The role involves managing personal and professional tasks, including calendar and schedule management, clerical and administrative duties, travel and event planning, and day-to-day household management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring the seamless operation of both household and personal responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to support both personal and professional tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Diary Management and a strong aptitude for planning and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.Competence in Clerical Skills, such as document organization, data management, and general administrative tasks.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with integrity.Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating needs.Prior experience in household management or a related field is a plus.
