Janitorial Technician - $20 per Hour

Job Description We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Janitorial Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean and inviting environment for others.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Schedule:2-3 hours per day, 10-15 hours a weekEvening shift (8pm start time)5 days per week: Tuesday, Thursday-SundayResponsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floorsClean and sanitize restrooms and replenish suppliesEmpty trash receptacles and properly dispose of wasteDust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixturesClean and maintain common areas, including conference rooms and break roomsRestock cleaning supplies as neededReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisorRequirements:Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred xmcpwfuHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently and follow instructionsExcellent time management skillsPhysical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and liftingBasic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
