Project Coordinator & Client ServicesRequisition Number: REMO005434918 Job Category: Project Coordination / Customer Support Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (set schedule required) Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings or client visits as needed) Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our sales and client services efforts. This role plays a key part in managing customer relationships and coordinating project activity by working closely with contractors and the design community to support product quoting, specifications, and order fulfillment.The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and an interest in the construction and design industry. This individual will become knowledgeable in our architectural product offerings and provide responsive, high-quality support to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products, specifications, and project requirements Support contractors and design professionals during the quoting and submittal process by providing technical information, samples, and resources Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, project details, and pipeline activity Coordinate with internal Client Services and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes and orders Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction Manage a high volume of communication through phone and email, with a strong emphasis on proactive follow-up Assist with creative client engagement efforts, including developing social media content and marketing leave-behinds as needed QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of customer support or inside sales experience Experience in construction, building materials, architecture, or design industry preferred Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand and interpret technical product specifications and construction documents Comfortable managing frequent phone communication with consistent email follow-up AttributesSelf-motivated with a strong sense of initiative Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Adaptable and eager to learn new products and systems Additional InformationPosition may be part-time or full-time depending on business needs and candidate availability A consistent work schedule is required and will be determined by the manager While primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings or client visits may be requested
