Includes program analysts andmanagement consultantsKey ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage deliverables according to established schedules.Proven experience correlating budgets with deliverables and schedules.Ability to effectively collaborate with external customers.Experience coordinating and engaging with multiple organizations.Capability to support and manage cross-functional project planning and interdependencies.Skilled in delivering high-quality status presentations to customers and stakeholders.Proficiency in compiling project data from multiple systems and sources into biweekly, monthly, or annual reports for various management levels.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business.Minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support ingovernment, military, or large-scale corporate settings.Active Secret ClearanceDetail-oriented with exceptional planning, written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing special projects, executive meetings, and external groups.Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision.Desired QualificationsActive Top Secret ClearanceKnowledge of DoD or other US Government operations and processes.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data and reports.Additional InformationExpected Travel: 25%US Citizenship
