If you have product development expertise and operational governance experience and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of client products, solutions, and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and the operations roadmap. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite in Boca Raton, FL, for a 6–12-month contract. With employees expected to work onsite 5 days per week.Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.What You'll DoManage research and development activities related to the design, enhancement, and qualification of client products and solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and transition products from development to commercializationAssist in determining product delivery and deployment schedules for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance cyclesAct as a technical consultant to the client's operations team, leading testing and evaluation of innovative technologiesEnsure technology and product specifications align with clients business objectivesOversee product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product developmentDevelop and maintain a centralized inventory of products, solutions, and applicationsCapture and track operations initiative updates in compliance with reporting standardsMonitor input from all business units to ensure products meet functional and performance requirementsIdentify opportunities for improvement and lifecycle replacement needs; prepare documentation and summaries for leadership visibilityCollaborate with the Toll Operations Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools for program performance monitoringEnsure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created and maintained, establishing a lifecycle process for updatesWhat You'll NeedRequiredBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.A minimum of 7 years of experience in the tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or related fields.PreferredExperience with toll systems or similar large-scale operational environments.Knowledge of SunPass or comparable toll operations platforms.Familiarity with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation.Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824-8111.$65 – $71 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
