The Facility Manager will oversee all building and grounds maintenance, coordinate with external vendors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage the budget for facility operations, and handle emergency situations promptly. Responsibilities will also include scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring the efficiency of facility operations, and planning and coordinating facility refurbishments and office moves.QualificationsStrong knowledge of building systems and facility management practicesAbility to manage budgets, vendor relations, and maintenance schedulesStrong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent communication skillsProficiency in facility management software and toolsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies efficientlyExperience in HVAC and elevator management and planning refurbishmentsFleet vehicle management is a plus
