Like Duolingo, we want to teach millions to understand themselves in the same way for tier-one markets in the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada.You will join as the first Product Manager with the perspective of growing into CPO and co-founder.The challenges that await you:Working on the product roadmapLeading the strategy and launch of the mobile application in tier-one marketsConducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product decisionsDefining and tracking key product metrics—retention, activation, engagement, conversionCollaborating with design to create an intuitive, gamified UXDaily using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and executionDelving into personality psychology and typologies to more accurately digitize the human experienceWhat is important to us:4+ years of experience in product management, Senior levelProven experience in leading a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one marketsData-first approach—strong data analysis skills to build the right user flowExperience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, or FirebaseHigh level of AI fluency—you use AI tools to write, research, prototype, and build, not just chatProven track record of measurable results in previous rolesWhat we would like:Interest or background in personality psychology, typologies, or behavioral scienceExperience with AI-powered and gamified consumer productsExperience in a 0-to-1 startup environmentAt SKELAR, we have built an environment for professional self-realization:SKELAR Platform .
