Make an Impact with Healthcare Technology Jobs That MatterThe Regional Sales Director is directly responsible for maintaining existing and developing new client relationships within an assigned territory in support of achievement of order intake and profitability objectives. This includes the development of sales strategies to maximize top line growth and profitability within the organization's Transport Automation offerings focused on Modernization, small Construction and Preventative Maintenance Agreement sales.** This position is located in the Mid-West, ideally in Chicago, Detroit or Indianapolis, with the person residing near a major airport.Make an impactDirector Region Sales is directly responsible for selling:Small Construction Projects typically with a sell price of $150,000 or lessModernizationNew Systems up to 4 stations in sizeService Support Agreements (includes PMA and SMA) Director Region Sales is responsible for supporting Senior Director Region Sales of: Design Assist projects (does not include early coordination only)Strategic named accountsCustomers at risk of loss to competitionProjects focused strictly on System Performance EnhancementsCompetitive conversionsOther responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer account planning for the purposes of customer retention and developmentSupporting local, regional, and national Architects, Engineers, Consultants, GPO's, IDN's, and General ContractorsRepresenting the TransLogic brand within an assigned regionCollaboration with and supporting other departments, including but not limited to Inside Sales, Sales Admins, SDS, Project Realization, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and the Medication Management organization.Client Retention and LoyaltyServe as a Swisslog Healthcare ambassador to all types of customers within and outside of assigned geographic regionsRegularly maintaining and updating CRM database (SF.com) for detailed and accurate forecasting of order intake.Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and providing feedback to the leadership team.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:College education3-5 years in consultative enterprise sales in healthcare or other industry with transactions sizes over $250K is desirable.Experience and success in selling high value services. SaaS experience preferred.Ability to travel extensively, up to 75%Desirable, but not Essential: Engineering educationContinuing Education (graduate degree)Technical product sales experience within the Healthcare spaceBase salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000, plus sales incentive plan, plus car allowance $170,000 OTE. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
