Our platform automates complex investigative work, surfaces new insights from existing data, and enables departments to close cases that would otherwise remain unsolved.We are scaling rapidly and building the foundation for a predictable, high-performing revenue engine.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own and build TRULEO’s entire revenue engine from the ground up.You will own the systems, processes, and execution that drive revenue across the full lifecycle from first touch through renewal and expansion. You will partner directly with leadership to translate strategy into execution, enforce operational rigor, and create a scalable foundation for growth.This role is based in Greenville and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments and wants real ownership.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End Revenue EngineOwn the full revenue lifecycle: marketing → sales → closed won → onboarding → renewal → expansionBuild the operating system that drives predictable, repeatable revenue growthAlign sales, marketing, and customer success around shared metrics and executionHubSpot & GTM Systems (Full Ownership)Serve as the architect and owner of HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stackDesign pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation, and reporting infrastructureEnsure data integrity, attribution, and full-funnel visibilityPipeline, Forecasting & Revenue PredictabilityOwn pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracyBuild forecasting models and enforce discipline across the sales teamProvide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunitiesQuote-to-Cash (Deal → Invoice → Revenue)Own the flow from closed deal through billing and invoicingEnsure contracts, pricing, and invoices are aligned and accurateBuild scalable processes for deal structuring, approvals, and executionRenewals & ExpansionBuild and manage renewal tracking, workflows, and forecastingCreate systems to drive expansion revenue and minimize churnPartner with customer success to ensure retention and growthRevenue Analytics & ReportingOwn all revenue reporting including pipeline, conversion, and ARR metricsBuild dashboards and deliver insights that guide leadership decisionsEstablish a single source of truth for the businessStrategic Partnerships OperationsOperationalize partnerships as a revenue channelBuild systems to track, measure, and scale partnership-driven growthCross-Functional LeadershipLead initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and customer successDrive accountability and execution against aggressive growth targetsEstablish a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellenceWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership rolesDeep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)Proven track record of building and scaling revenue infrastructure in a high-growth environmentStrong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analyticsExperience owning or supporting quote-to-cash processes, including billing and invoicingExperience building systems for renewals, expansion, and customer lifecycle managementHighly analytical with strong business judgmentAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyStrong leadership and cross-functional execution skillsIdeal CandidateThinks like an owner of the revenue number, not a support functionThrives in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environmentsObsessed with building systems that scaleStrong ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutionsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results
