This highly structured experience prepares individuals for long-term success, with the ultimate goal of becoming a top B2B sales leader or running your own business within CED.Throughout the program, trainees gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the industrial automation industry, including IT/Networking, Cybersecurity, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar & Sustainability, and more—developing both technical foundation and business acumen.This challenging, multi-phase rotational program requires a strong commitment and offers immersive experience across key areas of the business, including Electrical and Automation Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Training, Customer Inventory Management, B2B Sales & Relationship Development, Corporate Administration, IT Systems, and Quality Assurance.Development is driven through a combination of real-world, on-the-job experience and formal classroom training, supported by mentorship from experienced leaders. Managers are guided by the principles of “service, integrity and reliability.”REPORTS TO: PC ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (grad by start date, or in pursuit for interns)Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicleAbility to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a dayLift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Strong written and oral communication skillsADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:Self-starterSuperior organizational skillsWilling to adapt to business and customer needsWORKING CONDITIONS:In person at the local profit center locationTeam environment with multifaceted groups and personnelConditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
