Role/Skill: Oracle EBS Services Functional Consultant (Portuguese Language)Location: Remote, but Travel to travel to onsite location (Rio, Brazil) during key phases must6-12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)Note - travel to Brazil as mandatory (Once in a Month)REQUIRED: English Level (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Fluent) English + Portuguese (is a must)Required Technical Skill Set (keywords) Oracle EBS Field Services, Oracle Install Base, and Oracle Service ContractsDesired Range (Experience years) (JR|PL|SR) 10+ Years Must Have: 5+ Years of Hands on Implementation experience in Oracle Service Contracts and Oracle Field Services Modules in Oracle EBS. Good Client Engagement & Communication. Certification on Oracle Services Modules added advantage. Good to have: Hands-on experience in Oracle Customer Master and InventoryKey responsibilities/Expectations from the RoleThe candidate is expected to drive the Requirement Gathering, Functional Design documentation, Perform Oracle Configurations & Setups, conduct training sessions and work with the Technical Team on the development coordination and clarifications.Deliver hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS Services modules including Field Services, Install Base, and Service Contracts.Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business requirements.Should have strong knowledge on the Brazil localization rules and regulations.Strong knowledge on Oracle field service requests (CS), tasks, JTF resources and debrief process (CSF).Proficiency Oracle install base (CSI) and customer master modules.Familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts (OKC) and AR invoice integration is strongly preferred.Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, process definition, configuration and testing of the relevant modules and functionalityCollaborate with users to identify gaps, capture, and map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality, and development of solutions.Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client.Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.Go-Live preparation, cut-over and post-production support.Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers.Provide training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard services solutions effectively.Must be able to work collaboratively and support off-site team. Essential Skills: 10+ years of hands on Oracle EBS Service modules implementation experience (Oracle service contracts, Oracle field services, installed base), strong communication skills, ability to drive requirement gathering, design, oracle configurations, data conversions, training, user acceptance testing, CRP phases independently.Portuguese speaking with travel to onsite location (Rio, Brazil) during key phases must.Atleast 3-4 Travels of 1 week each through the Project duration
