Regional Manager, Quality – On-site: Southeastern Wisconsin*****Relocation Assistance provided for the right individual*****Our client, a top-tier global dairy manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Manager, Quality to support multiple plants across Wisconsin. This role partners closely with Operations to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards while driving continuous improvement on the plant floor.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support QA & Food Safety programs (HACCP, FSMA, Environmental Monitoring, Sanitation)• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, State) and audit readiness• Oversee product quality from raw materials through finished goods• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, and Supply Chain• Communicate with Sales/Customer Service to proactively meet customer requirements• Mentor QA team members and strengthen food safety culture• Travel up to 50% within WisconsinMust-Haves:• 5+ years of Quality experience in the dairy industry• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, and plant QA systems• Experience in dairy manufacturing (cheese and/or dairy powders preferred)• Working knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations• Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive change in a plant environment• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Why Join:• Growth-focused, people-first culture• Strong compensation and benefits• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities
