Relationship Associate | Financial Services ClientWe’re looking for a Relationship Associate to support dealership partners in a fast-paced financial services environment. If you have experience in customer service, account management, or working with CRM/ERP systems—and enjoy problem-solving and data-driven work—this is a strong opportunity to grow your career.What You’ll Do:Support dealership partners by handling inbound inquiries related to title status, account updates, and short-term delinquenciesManage 5–10 inbound calls daily and respond to inquiries via a dedicated email inboxResearch and resolve title or payment issues by navigating multiple systems (e.g., CRM/ERP platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau)Verify data, identify missing information, and resolve discrepancies efficientlyHandle soft delinquency discussions (2–3 days past due) with professionalism and accuracyCollaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auctions) to resolve account issuesProvide timely, clear, and accurate updates to dealership partnersWhat You Bring:Experience in customer service, account management, or salesStrong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systemsHands-on experience with CRM/ERP tools (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Tableau preferred)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and navigate systems efficientlyHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracyComfort discussing sensitive financial topics such as short-term delinquenciesNice to Have:Experience in automotive finance, dealership operations, or title processingExposure to billing, account maintenance, or delinquency handlingTop performers are detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident communicators who thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.Top performers in this role are strong communicators, adept at aligning diverse stakeholders, and focused on driving measurable delivery outcomes across a complex technical landscape.📍 Location: Gresham, OR 97030- onsite💵 Pay: $25 – $29/hour.If you have an interest in the Relationship Associate , please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
