Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing top-notch service to our patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Participate in special events or catering services as required by the establishment. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment is highly desirable but we can teach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
