Production Support Technician

We’re looking for a Production Support Technician to join our fast-paced automotive manufacturing team. What You’ll Do You’ll play a hands-on role supporting our Remanufacturing Technicians and Parts Department to keep production efficient and organized. Responsibilities include: Delivering ordered parts to build stations and maintaining an organized workflow by job number Cleaning, preparing, and inspecting automotive components for assembly Inspecting and qualifying cases and castings for builder readiness Painting cases and components inside the paint booth Using tablets or computers to track progress and support workflow accuracy Assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and local deliveries Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Supporting team members and working toward weekly production goals Caring for equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented, dependable, and mechanically minded Comfortable getting hands-on and maintaining a professional demeanor Able to read, write, perform basic math, and read measurements accurately Technology capable — familiar with computers and tablets Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record High school diploma or GED required Automotive, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long shifts Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills Why You’ll Love Working Here Family-owned company that values teamwork and personal growth Hands-on automotive environment with clear career advancement paths Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities Emphasis on quality, safety, and craftsmanship Competitive pay based on experience Supportive leadership and on-the-job training Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
