Production Support Technician

We’re looking for a Production Support Technician to join our fast-paced automotive manufacturing team. If you’re mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a hands-on role supporting our Remanufacturing Technicians and Parts Department to keep production efficient and organized.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering ordered parts to build stations and maintaining an organized workflow by job number
Cleaning, preparing, and inspecting automotive components for assembly
Inspecting and qualifying cases and castings for builder readiness
Painting cases and components inside the paint booth
Using tablets or computers to track progress and support workflow accuracy
Assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and local deliveries
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Supporting team members and working toward weekly production goals
Caring for equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented, dependable, and mechanically minded
Comfortable getting hands-on and maintaining a professional demeanor
Able to read, write, perform basic math, and read measurements accurately
Technology capable — familiar with computers and tablets
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
High school diploma or GED required
Automotive, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long shifts
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
