Technical Writer/Web Content

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist (TDS) who will support Coastal Source and its dealers by creating and maintaining best-in-class support, training, and marketing materials. You are someone who loves turning tricky, technical information into clear, easy-to-follow content. With an associates degree or higher in communications, marketing, or a related field, you bring experience crafting everything from product manuals to training guidesblending words, visuals, and digital media with ease. Most importantly, youre brimming with fresh ideas to elevate processes and push creative boundaries.Minimum of an associates degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field of study~5+ years of progressive experience in developing technical copy content for various applications and uses - including but not limited to product manuals and instructions, training materials - using written and verbal descriptions, diagrams, etc.~2+ years experience working in multiple mediums, including written, verbal, and digital~ Demonstrated Technical Writing skills~ Computer and smartphone experience~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite~ Microsoft OfficeWrite and/or edit copy for the website, manuals, marketing materials, and other technical documentationWork with the marketing department to create and maintain product manuals, installation guides, etc.Assist in the creation and maintenance of online learning modules with Articulate StorylineOrganize, film, and edit simple product videos & upload them to Vimeo/YouTube/website/CSUCoastal Source strives to create the most durable and high-performance outdoor living products on the market.
