Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Mobile Nurse Practitioner based in Palm Beach County, FL. The Mobile Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care, including conducting health assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and developing treatment plans. The role involves patient education, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The practitioner will also document clinical assessments and interventions accurately while fostering strong patient relationships and promoting overall health and well-being. Qualifications Clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic health conditionsProficiency in patient education, care planning, and health promotionStrong documentation, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teamsActive AUTONOMOUS Nurse Practitioner license and board certificationExperience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationValid driver's license to facilitate on-site visits
