The engineering team operates in a lean, collaborative environment where process engineering works closely with product development, quality, technology, and manufacturing teams.About the RoleThe Process Development Engineer will support existing manufacturing processes while developing, qualifying, and implementing new processes and production equipment. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the role will help the organization scale its CO₂ absorbent product businesses by improving throughput, reducing waste, validating equipment, troubleshooting process issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
