We are seeking candidates with experience in premium and luxury retail environments, ideally within leading global fashion houses and renowned designer boutiques. A strong understanding of high-end fashion, luxury accessories. This role requires a strong security presence combined with a concierge-level approach to customer service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and refined experience for clients, staff, and guests. As a Flex Officer, you must be adaptable and capable of working various retail locations and shifts while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
