Night Shift Dining Room Host/Attendant

Full job descriptionA Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A's Second Mile Service procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. NOTE: This position is NOT a hospitality team member, but is focused on guest experience in dining room and restrooms.Morning/Mid Day Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between the hours of 7am - 4pm Monday-SaturdayLate Afternoon/Night Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between 4pm -10pm Monday-SaturdayThe Ideal Team Member:Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations wellPositive attitudeLoves serving and helping others and values teamworkExcitement to learn and take initiativeWilling and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours)Duties and Responsibilities:Greeting GuestsCleaning Tables, floors, and windows as neededRefreshing BeveragesClearing trays and trash from guestsRestocking suppliesTable touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining roomMaintaining a clean store environmentClean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.)Dining room trash taken out regularlyExpedite orders to carry out guests and dining room guestsREQUIREMENTSMust have a source of reliable transportationAbility to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and lowReading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills requiredWorks in noisy and fast paced environmentMobility required during shiftsMust work well under pressureVery strong attention to detailWorking at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
