Role: Guidewire Systems AnalystLocation: San Antonio onsite is preference, Plano is possible.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Guidewire platform.Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including:PolicyCenterClaimCenterBillingCenter (preferred)Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.Experience supporting system design and technical refinement activities within Agile environments.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
